FAFALI GROUP — Refund Policy

At Fafali Group, we are committed to providing transparent, professional, and reliable visa, travel, and immigration support services. Because most of our services involve third-party embassies, airlines, hotels, and government institutions, certain fees are non-refundable. However, we ensure fairness wherever refunds apply.

This policy explains when refunds are permitted, how they are calculated, and how long they take to process.

1. Service & Processing Fees

All consultation, service, and administrative fees paid to Fafali Group are used to process your application, submit documents, communicate with authorities, and manage your file.

➡️ Service / processing fees are generally non-refundable once an application has been submitted.

2. Visa Rejection — 60% Refund Policy

If your visa application is officially rejected by the issuing embassy/immigration authority, and your case was submitted through Fafali Group:

✔ You may qualify for a 60% refund of the service fee paid to Fafali Group.

Embassy/consular fees, biometric fees, insurance, courier charges, translations, medicals, and government fees are NOT refundable, as they are paid directly to third parties.

Conditions for the 60% refund:

To be eligible, all of the following must apply:

  • All required documents were submitted truthfully and on time.
  • The rejection decision letter is provided to Fafali Group.
  • There was no fraud, misrepresentation, or falsified documentation.
  • The refund request is submitted within 14 working days of receiving the rejection notice.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

⏳ Refunds are processed within 21–35 working days.

Refunds are returned using the same payment method used at purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations by the Client

If a client chooses to cancel after booking or after submission:

  • Before submission to embassy: Partial refund may be considered (minus admin costs)
  • After submission to embassy: No refund (processing has already begun)

Airline tickets, hotel bookings, tours, and insurance are subject to each vendor's policies and may be partially or fully non-refundable.

5. Changes or Delays by Embassies & Authorities

Embassy or immigration delays, requests for more documents, rescheduling, or policy changes are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.

6. Fraud, Incorrect Information & Document Issues

No refund applies if a visa is refused because of:

  • Fake or altered documents
  • Incomplete or misleading information
  • Previous immigration violations
  • Financial misrepresentation
  • Security or travel bans

7. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

Fafali Group does not influence final visa decisions. Our role is advisory and support-based — approval is the sole decision of the issuing authority.
